There are several agencies that will be able to organize a trip to Spain so you can go there and learn the language while studying or working. Immersion is the best way to learn a language, better than any courses that you could sign up for. The best way to plan your learning experience is taking a Spanish course previous to traveling to Spain. Then, just spend from a couple of weeks to several months or a year in Spain and you will come back with all the knowlegde! You will be fluent or close to fluent in the language and you will experience the culture and all sorts of new things.
These are some organizations that can prepare that trip for you. Some of the travel packages include activities like Scuba Diving, Wine and Food Tasting,Golf, Cooking... These agencies will make sure that you get your visa if it's needed, sign you up for classes, find you work, or whatever you would like to do in Spain, plus purchase the plane tickets and provide you with guides that will help you once you're in the country, or even before:

hear the Spanish pronuntiation! How well can you pronounce it?
Google is also a good resource for finding other online or local services that will give you Spanish Courses. I haven't tried any of them so I can't really recommend you one or the other, although I know "Don Quijote" will provide you with a good service and prompt communication, as I am an affiliate with them and they seem to be nice and serious about their business.
